You often need the motherboard driver first. If you don't have a CD, then have someone copy them to USB.
I do not have an optical drive so I'm installing the motherboard drivers from a usb my friend gave me because I can't connect to the internet without them.
When trying to install the intel LAN driver (which I believe is the one I need to connect to the internet using my ethernet cable) I got this error:
"Cannot install drivers, no intel adapters are present in this computer"
PC Is Windows 10 64 bit, GTX 1050 TI, Intel Core i3 8100, Asrock Z370m pro4.
