Cannot go further the agreement screen F8 does not work

Here I have a situation where I am trying to format an HCL Beanstalk Desktop.

note: I have checked the keys on keyboard they are working.

Formatting begins,

I reach the agreement screen (here F8 is not working)

So eventually the Desktop could not be formatted

Can anyone help me on this situation (Have not checked it with another key board)

All suggestions and remedies invited.

Use the restore CDs.

"This comes with two recovery CD?s, which contains original licensed version of XP Media Center Operating System"

It has the needed drivers for your keyboard connection.

The machine came with those CDs.

If you lost them you order them from HP. Sorry if this sounds terrible but you get them from hp.com.
