Cannot get to update list

Mar 19, 2010 5:55AM PDT

Downloaded TT. It came up with a list of needed updates in its bubble. Clicked on bubble and it took me to upgrade/download page. Signed in and clicked on update tab. Took me back to the same page. Could not ever get to the list of programs needing update. Any suggestions. OS is Win 7. Thanks

Please add me to that support ticket -- I've got exactly the same problem and have had no response to previous requests for assistance.

OSX 10.5.8 Safari 4.0.5

Thanks!

Cindy

Support tickets are issued per-person...
Apr 5, 2010 3:22AM PDT

Since support tickets often include personal information, and exact details vary to varying degrees from situation to situation, only one person can be associated with a support ticket. You can, however, click here to submit the details of you issue to the support team, which will then generate a support ticket for you and assist you with resolving the problem.

Regards,
John

I had the same problem (mac os 10.6.3), so I ran the uninstall app in techtracker's folder, and then downloaded and installed techtracker. It now works as advertised.

Thanks! That's a better answer than I got from my "support ticket" -- no answer at all from there. Your solution works...

No ticket found.
Apr 22, 2010 6:17AM PDT

Hi Cindy,

Sorry to hear you have not gotten a response. We respond to all of our TechTracker Support tickets within the business day, and unfortunately I see no tickets open under either of your known e-mail addresses. If you could get me the ticket number from your ticket confirmation e-mail, we will be happy to look into this further.

Regards,

No reason to bother -- problem is solved per my previous posting.

But here's the note I received for the ticket on April 5:
