cannot get to software update list

Mar 23, 2010 7:49PM PDT

Downloaded TT. It came up with a list of needed updates in its bubble. Clicked on bubble and it took me to upgrade/download page. Signed in and clicked on update tab. Took me back to the same page. Could not ever get to the list of programs needing update. Any suggestions. OS is Win xp. Thanks

Hello thirdgirl!

You did not miss a solution - there are a few reasons why something like this happens, so a fix usually requires working with our technical support team. We will require further information that you would probably not want to announce to such a public forum, so we will open a support ticket for you this afternoon.

(To reach our tech support team, you would click the "E-mail Support" tab on http://cnet.custhelp.com - the support site we link our pages to.)
