General discussion

Cannot get sound on Youtube anymore.

Feb 8, 2011 4:50AM PST

I used to get sound when loading Youtube but for some reason I can no longer do so. I did not change anything in my settings so wonder what happened. I get sound from CDs, DVDs, and all games but not Youtube. Any suggestions as I am not that up to date on changing things like sound, etc. Thanks, BPman (nothing to do with BP oil).

This will likely be an Adobe Flash player issue

I would start by uninstalling and reinstalling Flash player. Other possibilities are something corrupt in your user profile, the player being muted, etc. Can you try youtube from another browser or as another user?
