Cannot get licence number for spy doctor

Ran trial, ordered and paid for software, payment acknowledged, downloaded, received receipt including order number and serial number,(but no licence number), sent and received at my email address.
BUT when I try to register am told registration already confirmed.
AND when I try to run the SW it says to register first.
AND when I try to it says no such email address.
I cant do anything cos it wont recognise my email and password.
Cant talk to anyone without upgrading to plus package !!??.
Doing my head in !!.
Can anyone please help ??

It sounds like a case of fraud has occurred, especially with technical/customer support unwilling to help without you purchasing a costly upgrade. Thus, I would file a fraud claim with your credit card company and see if they will assist in recouping the funds.
