Cannot find my OE icon/

by Jacquelinepr / October 23, 2007 3:20 AM PDT

I downloaded OE from C/Net but I cannot find the icon on my desktop or the start up menu. It said my download was completed but I also looked in my list of downloaded program and it isn't there either.

My computer is a Gateway with Windows Visa model number GT5418E (Hopefully I have all the needed info)

Vista comes with it.

and replaced Outlook Express loaded in previous operating systems. Sort of like 6 of one and half a dozen of another. Basically the same but renamed and some features are very different like the address book is now called "Contacts".

No need to download though since its already in the new Vista system.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
