Which version of Windows are you using? Which version of Internet Explorer? Laptop or desktop? What is the computer make and model number? Do you have the original Windows CD and have you tried a "repair" install yet?

Tried a different browser yet? If not, then on a separate computer, download the free Firefox browser from the link below, transfer it to a CD or flash drive, then install it on the problem machine.

Tried installing a second removal tool and running a full system scan? If not, on a separate, clean computer, please download the free tool, then install and run a full system scan with the SuperAntispyware program and the manual updater from the links below.
