Question

CANNOT DOWNLOAD PHOTOS FROM CAMERA

I HAVE A HD DIGITAL VIDEO HIGH DEFINITION 16X SUPER ZOOM.THE PROBLEM IS IF I CONNECT THE TRANSFER CABLE TO TRANSFER PHOTOS FROM CAMERA TO PC IT GOES STRAIGHT TO CHARGING, NOT GIVING ME AN OPTION TO DOWNLOAD PHOTOS OR VIDEOS .I HAVE INSTALLED DRIVERS BUT STILL NOT COMING RIGHT.PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THAT PROBLEM LET ME KNOW.

Let's guess this records to SD cards. Use the old fashioned SD card reader?

Windows Explorer as a drive and you can copy to the other drives. That is if you didn't get an error when the driver was installing.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
