Cannot delete eTrust Security Suite

I have deleted as much as I can. There are 4 files left that when I try to delete I get:Access denied. Make sure disk is not full or write protected and that it is currently not in use. The subscription has run out and I believe that is what is causeing me some issues so I want to delete it. I read thru some questions and went into Reg and made added "everyone" in case that mattered but it did not work. Any advice?
