Thanks Tufenuf, I checked by my daughter's security settings and everythings is fine now as you suggested.
in fact the copy and past functions from IE into a text application works very good.
but she use netscape to surf the web... and it doesnt works with Netscape. I checked the netscape settings, but there is nothing about the features ''copy and paste''.
maybe you know more about it ??

Hi Tufenuf, here is the solution of the copy & Pasteproblem

Hi Tufenuf, thank you for your help.
here is something that I found following the link you gived. I hope One day that can helps other CNET Forum members in trouble with "copy & Paste" like my doughter.
"temporary workaround solution" go to your Netscape or firefox folder (default is "C:\program Files\Netscape\Netscape" and rename the netscape application file from "netscp.exe" to "netscptufenuf.exe"
for firefox rename the file "firefox.exe" to "firefoxtufenuf.exe" the copy and paste functions works than properly.
needs to scan for a spyware or virus that target the application and witch was not detected by the antivirus software.
