Although it's not exactly clear, it appears like you installed a new graphics card, then performed a reformat and reinstall of your operating system. After that, your computer would not start up correctly. Is that correct?

Please give us the operating system you're trying to install.. Does the computer have a brand name and model number? Did you install all the correct hardware drivers for the motherboard, graphics card, video card, etc.?

Are you using brand name "Recovery Discs" or are you using a standard operating system disc for formatting and installing the OS?

Please describe EXACTLY what you've done to get to where you are now.

And at this point, have you tried placing the operating system disc in the drive AGAIN, then deleting the current partition AGAIN, then formatting and reinstalling everything one more time?

Hope this helps and let us know more.

Still Didn't Answer All The Questions..

In reply to: thanks for the reply

EXACTLY what have you done to get to this point?

Installed those drivers for the motherboard, etc.?

Is the hard drive SATA or IDE?

Tried reinstalling Windows again?

Tried removing, then reseating the new graphics card?

The more information you give us, the better informed our answer will be.

Hope this helps.

Okay

So it doesn't even power up correctly?

Sounds like you've corrupted the motherboard.

Do you still have the original graphics card you got with the system?

I don't see why this should be a problem.

Also, no offence but can you avoid using slang? I find it really hard to understand what you're on about.

Yep, It Sounds Like A Lot Of Troubleshooting Is Needed

In reply to: thanks

Depending on your skills, you may need a computer repair tech or you could start by replacing the power supply, then maybe the motherboard, then move on to the varying items that may need to be replaced.

Hope this helps.
