Question

Cannot access websites

Jun 30, 2017 6:08PM PDT

Whenever I go to certain websites like YouTube I get a page full of random characters. There are a lot of different characters but the main ones are question marks inside of diamonds. Can someone please tell me what's happening and what to do.
