I have recently purchased a 46" Samsung C7000. For some reason, when I enter the Netflix app, the screen goes black and nothing happens. Also, I can't access the app-store, it says that there is a "network interference". I have updated the firmware version recently. Also, my internet connection is working properly.
I have tried resetting the internet-tv, turned off the tv and then on, reset the router.. nothing.
What can I do?
