cannot access my e-amil

hello, iam am new at this but i need help. every time i click on my e-mail to check it it send me to about blank. i am running windows xp home and i have ran all of my anti virus things and spy ware things, how do i fix this please. thank you

You seem to have the ABOUT BLANK parasite.

It's not a virus. Visit the Security Forum and look for the ABOUT BLANK discussion and if you can't find it, then ask there.
