Cannot access Excel VBA tools

Jul 15, 2010 2:03AM PDT

Running Office 2007. Recently decided to use VBA to program a spreadsheet, however I am unable to access the VBA tools. When I look at the "Active Applications" I have installed and look at "Add-Ins" they are:
Analysis ToolPak
Analysis ToolPak VBA
Internet Assistant VBA
Look-Up Wizard
Solver Add-in.
However when I open a spreadsheet in Excel there are no "Developer" or "Add-In" tabs on the top of the page where I can access the tools.
Would appreciate your advice.

Cannot find "Developer" tab

Found it! Excel Options - Popular - check "Show Developer tab in the Ribbon" Don't know why Microsoft has hidden it here, but I suppose there has to be a reason!
Thanks for your response
