I've seen no banks that "require" IE7.. A "revoked" Security Certificate is the bank's problem, not your's. Are they saying I can't do online banking with any other version of Windows except XP or Vista? I don't think so... First though, try disabling your popup blockers and such temporarily.. Next, make sure to follow the instructions below to install the most recent version of Java and the Windows Script Engine. See if it helps your IE6 connect correctly.:
Click on the link to Sun's Java below, then click on the ''Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1'' download button. Follow the prompts, accept the license agreement, then download the full ''Windows Offline Installation'' file to your desktop,(about 15 MB), scan it with your antivirus (just to be sure it's clean). Once that's done, if you've already got a Sun Java version on the computer, (It appears like you may not though) open the Control Panel, double click on the ''Add/Remove Programs'' section, then uninstall all previous versions of the J2SE Java listed there. Once that's done, then install Java JRE 6u1 from the downloaded installer.

After that, IF YOU'RE USING Windows 2000 or XP, please download and install the updated Script engine from the appropriate link below:
Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000
After everything is installed, then open the Control Panel, double click on the ''Internet Options'' icon, then click on the ''Advanced'' tab. When that loads, scroll down to the ''Java(Sun)'' section and make sure there is a CHECK mark next to: ''Use JRE 1.6.0....''. Click on Apply. Then scroll to the ''Multimedia'' section and place a CHECK mark in the ''Play Sounds In Web Pages'', ''Play videos in Web Pages'', & ''Show pictures'' box and UNCHECK the box next to ''Show download Placeholders:'', then click on Apply, then Ok. Then click on the ''Security'' tab in ''Internet Options''. Once that opens, click on the ''Internet'' icon (the World globe), then click on the ''Custom Level'' button. When that loads, make sure the ''Reset to'' line says: ''Medium'', then click on the ''Reset'' button, then select ''Yes/OK''. It asks: ''Are you sure?''.
Hope this helps.
