Cann't access my hotmail

I have double operating system Win98 + Win XP-Home. In XP I have two user accounts. From account A I can get into my hotmail, I can do any web search using Internet Explorer, Google or Ayhoo. When in user account B, my Hotmail won't open (in Statusbar : Done but all I get is a blank page). Going to Google.com, the home page opens but I can not perform any search (nothing moves, nothing changes)I even can not switch to "Advanced Search". Same when using Yahoo, same when trying to do a search with Internet Explorer... nothing happens. Everything is OK when in Windows 98. Is there anyone out there who could help us out on this matter? Thanks.
