Cancellation of order ///no customer svc

placed Order 11311623600 for Galaxy 10.1 Note tablet on 11/25/12 and received and email that it was on backorder. I found the tablet at a local retail and want to purchase it there because I would like to have it in hand. I have tried to have this ordered cancelled since 11/27(3 days) but keep getting the run around. I have been told that the "fulfillment center" is not responding to the request that the agent Erin has sent over multiple of times. I am having a hard time understanding why there is no communication within the company. I also called the corporate number and was sent to escalations. This escalations line is a joke because after about one minute a recording comes on to say that " the managers are busy helping other callers and I need to leave a message". Will this call truly be returned...will this email be answered. I am sad that I dealt with Samsung directly instead of just going to the retail because this experience will affect my outlook and future purchases. I have emailed the Officeofthepresident@sea.samsung.com I would hope that someone gives me a call or response. I just want this order to PLEASE BE CANCELLED.

I have called and sent several emails/tickets to the link that you have given ane there has been no assitance AT ALL. I just though joining a thread with actual Samsung employees viewing it would help. I am SO frustrsted with the customer service and run around that Samsung has. All I want is to cancel an order that is on backorder before I go to the retail to purchase the same item. I am also afraid of buying the Samsung brand because if there is an issue I will get the same thing. I have never had an experience like this but after reviewing many sites I see that this is something that is common for Samsung. I am at a lost and can only wait at this point for movement from Samsung to just cancel order 11311623600. OR anybody...PLEASE HELP!!!!! Thanks
