Question

Cancel transferring process

Oct 4, 2012 7:49PM PDT

Was transferring from my PC to MAC, It kept reminding me to check that they both were connected to same wifi, waited for two hours and it still didnt start the tranferring. I canceled the process on PC but MAC is still stuck in the transferring moment (even though nothing is happening)
How can I cancel the process on MAC and use my computer??
Regards.

The hard way then?

The on/off-button on the laptop.

Or even harder: remove the battery. Without power it won't work and will do a fresh boot.
Windows usually recovers quite well from a power-down. But I don't know about a Mac.
