Question

Can you suggest a printer with high ink efficiency?

Sep 18, 2013 12:31PM PDT

I just began graduate school and have already encountered a potentially costly problem. I'm going to be printing out a lot of pages every week, but every printer I have had over the past two years has been terrible with ink efficiency.

Does anyone have any recommendations for printers that meet the following requirements:

1. Must be ink efficient.
2. No chips on the ink cartridges.

Furthermore, I'm not concerned about age, all-in-one, or anything of that nature. I just want a printer that will print out work and articles for me.

Thanks for your help!

Why not the usual laser printer.

As B/W laser printers are now under 99 bucks, why not move to the current king of low cost printing?

I saw a Brother mono Laser printer at Office Depot a week or so ago, on sale for 79.99, that would be the way to go.
