Question

Can you help me find a good laptop?

by KellyMikaelson / March 5, 2016 9:51 PM PST

So I'm looking to buy my first laptop, but it's extremely overwhelming. I don't need anything too fancy but I also don't want a cheap laptop. I need something hearty that can last for at least four years during college. So, here are some features I'm looking for:
•15 inch plus display
•Any Windows
•i5 processor or better
•Can run games like Minecraft, Roblox, etc.
•Good screen quality (I don't know specifics but I think good screens have 4K resolution?)
•Around $1,200 or below
•Reasonable amount of memory (RAM?)

These would be pluses:
•Touchscreen
•2-in-1; the screen disconnects to become a tablet
•Designed for a pen, like for drawing

As you can tell I don't know a lot about computers so it'd be really helpful if somebody could help me out. Thank you (:

The gaming aspect then drawing....

Can't find a match. If you use the usual drawing tools like a mouse, then how about my son't choice this year. We did pop in a 500GB SSD afterwards for 150 bucks. The base machine is very high end and is about 1K. Here's the link.
