it copies to the downloads library. The error can't access "C" drive means there is a problem with your access rights. When i have this issue with a pc at work I use Windows explorer and go to a folder and try to create a txt file. If the file is created and doesn't give an error then you do have the proper rights to Write to the disk. Also when it does nothing are you sure it's doing nothing and not just it's not letting you know it's doing something.
I am trying to download RoboForm and Adobe Reader but have been unable. It either tells me that it can't access the "C" drive or nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
