There are too many people out there who have the idea that customer service is there for them to abuse however they see fit. Then again, those disgruntled customers are probably the same folk who then go from home to their own job... and give the customer a hard time.

...having the right to demand the most ridiculous things and expect to get them with a smile, OR ELSE.
And it's also possible that some of these continuous callers are just plain idiots who should probably avoid technology of any kind.
