You won't have the best quality I mean you will most likely have to turn down some things but except for your CPU your laptop meets the recomended requirements for the game. You can also try out a demo of the game for free from here

I believe you can go into Options-->Perfomance-->Test Settings through there even in the demo and get a read out of minimum, maximum and average FPS if you get an average in the 25-40 range you should still have fun playing the game.
