Can Window Mobile 6 use Activesync 4.2??

by Teresagreenburg / March 14, 2008 1:41 AM PDT

PDA Device: AT&T Tilt
PDA Operating System: Windows Mobile 6
Desktop Operating System: Windows XP

I recently upgraded from a Compaq Ipaq to the new AT&T Tilt phone/PDA with Window Mobile 6 installed on it. WM6 requires the Active sync 4.5 version in order for me to sync my new device to my work computer. Well i work for the State of Texas, and my attempts to get approval to install version 4.5 on my work computer have failed. They stated that any device that uses the pre-installed version 4.2 may be used, but it would cost too much state time to have our IT dept to test the new software. I would really like to use my new device and sync it with my work outlook calendar, etc. Is there a program out there that i might download for my Windows Mobile 6 device that will allow the new operating system to use the 4.2 version already installed? if there is not, can someone please create a crack or somthing that will allow my new device to sync using Activesync version 4.2??? Please help!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
