"The Magic Jack is an application in which you can call any U.S, Canadian numbers and even anyone around the globe which is also using the same application the Magic Jack. It has ringtone but these are all yet said to be just default and is only usable in this application. But there are actually ways of changing its ringtones to anything you would like. To change its ringtone in your android you must have it installed in your first from google play store, get it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.magicjack&hl=en Now, to change the "Ringtone" of the application from deffault to anything you would like or prefer to, and you would actually need a computer to do this. Procedure: >First connect it to the computer using a USB cable and that has a good quality to avoid interruptions. >Then on the device go to notifications , then select USB connected and choose mounted. >Now back to your computer go to the SD card of your device you need to create some folders in specific locations. Folder names and locations. "Media" (Location is at the Top folder) "Audio" (Location is inside the Media folder) "Notifications" (Location inside the Audio folder) "MP3s" (Located inside the Audio folder) "Ringtones" (Location is inside Audio folder) "Alarms" (Location is inside Audio folder) You need to create it "EXACTLY" as the name and its location then you are good to add some audio files just copy/paste an audio file or drag and drop it to the folder you want to use in your Magic Jack application in your Android. Note: Go to Settings and change the audio or ringtone of you wish to change. i.e. the folder you have created is the "Notifications" (Location inside the Audio folder) then when you add an audio inside this folder then the audio file in this folder is your selection or the ringtone you can use for notifications since it is in the Notifications folder. Other Option is : 1) email an mp3 to an account that`s on the phone 2) use the phone to see the e-mail 3) save the attachment 4) use the system application "My Files" to open the file 5) once it`s playing, use the bottom left soft "Menu" button 6) click "Set As" and select or choose what you`d just like the file to be set as. Then your done. Was this answer helpful? Yes | No https://www.facebook.com/LostInSpaceMan said: Which "Settings" do you go to? I use MagicJack for android on my Tablet and I have Ringtones in a Ringtones folder as required, same as my phone, but since it`s a tablet, it has no natural "Ringtones" setting under system settings. We need to know how to set the ringtone in the MagicJack app itself, it doesn`t appear to currently HAVE a "Settings" where you can change it!
