Did you uninstall it then reinstall it?
There are a few people that want a repair other than the uninstall/reinstall route. But this is the way of things Windows.

In the past month or several, true vector apparently hangs at start up, then causes some kind of problem with vsmon.exe. Determined this by searching for a "needle in a haystack" after the cursor was accompanied by a pulsing hourglass. Guess this is ZA trying to start up-but then I noticed ZA not in tray.
Been to the ZA site and get nowhere-instructions point to starting ZA manually and it will not do that, so I cannot continue with their "fix".
Trying to use the e-mail help at the Zlab site a problem because they require the license key and I can't get to it.
Prior occasions were eliminated by several reboots, finally ZA started normally and the problem was gone. Not so today after about ten attempts.
My question of this forum: will shutting down vsmon.exe and ZLclient in processes cause me a problem, could then start it manually perhaps. Never have shut a process down that way because of the warning that comes up when you clik on a process.
Assistance will be very much appreciated. Additional information about this recurring problem very welcome too
thank you
