Can't search 1 shared contact in Outlook.

I'm having trouble finding out why 1 person in my office has 1 shared contact that won't reveal any search results. To send an email to someone in that person's contacts, they have to scroll through the whole list. No one else is having that problem. ALL Outlook clients and shared clients are Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server.
