Can't restore my system

I have Windows ME system...and couple of days ago, I downloaded some thing on Lime Wire..and then I downloaded Morpheus sharing program...and ever since I've been having trouble with my computer..and I can't even restore system..a message saying "that i have to restart my computer before I can restore the system" keeps poping up..
I would appreciate the help.

I have Windows ME system also and i have same problem of not being able to restore my system. I get the same message. i didn't download anything from lime, but i did do a system update today. If you can help, you'd make me smile Happy

If not, make a post telling more. As it stands, you declared you installed Spyware and need to follow the same recovery steps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
