Can't reply to my own thread

I received an email informing me of a new post to my thread, I clicked on the link taking me to it, I signed in, tried to post a reply but couldn't. I clicked on reply and nothing happened. Usually I'll hear a click when I click on reply but nothing. My thread was in the Windows Vista forum, has it been locked?
