What account are you talking about? A CNET account, a wavetable.com account, a Windows account, a Google account. Not clear from your post.
Was allowed to change my PW, then my e-mail address(?) but then PW wouldn't work. Attempt to then change the PW from within the account failed as it asked for the PW but wouldn't accept it. Directed me back to original request for forgotten PW! Attempt failed.
Gotta sleep now. Time limited so don't get to computer except about 2x/wk.
Account e-mail address was: ******@wavecable.com but am leaving that ISP do to a move out of its area of service.
Just trying to stay on your distribution list following the move.
