Can't print on the web

Feb 1, 2006 4:45AM PST

Hello,
I have a problem with my printer, not printing a pages on the web. It prints all the outside things, but not the body of the page. I can print anything else but that...For instance, a recipe site, where you can print the recipes. I've tried other places too,it won't print anything on line. I've unstalled the printer & reinstalled it...That didn't work either
HP psc 1210xi all-in-one printer
Hp Pavilion AMD athlon processer
1.30 GHZ 496 MB of Ram
I submited this question to other forum heading and it was suggested to try here!

Thank You
Karen

eliminate it as a possible cause

Installed driver can become corrupted as any installed software can. Exitsting/old drivers may not handle new operating system updates and other software updates very well. Regardless of the reason, it is nice to be able to rule out the driver with a fresh installation of the proper driver.

Another question:
Does the printing problem happen with Internet Explorer only? What happens when you print from Firefox browser?

Thank you so much for fast reply!!!
