This may sound like a stupid question, but really I have no idea what is up. I burned a DVD-R on my Mac OS X 10.6.4 and all the images I put in the burn folder I have read and write access to. Once my Mac finishes the burn, I check to see if I can open the images on the DVD and I can't. It tells me I don't have permission to open the image; though when I check the permissions info on the image it says staff and everyone all have read and write (now, what is interesting is that the other user under permissions is not present on the burned files, but is on the images on my server). This same DVD will not open on amy other Mac on my network. However, this very same DVD opens and I can open the images on the PCs on my network (running XP Pro). I have searched and I cannot find why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
