You could try searching through 'Find Programs' or 'Windows Explorer' to see if in fact you do have any previous download attempts which may be interfering with your current download attempt. If you find them, your options would be to either delete them, or complete the download using them instead. That 'previous' stored material issue usually doesn't interfere, but maybe this time - who knows? Good Luck!
Whenever I try completely downloading Netscape 7.1 I get this frustrating error box informing me that...The Program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete. Please restart...But every time I do this I still get the same message. Can anyone help me?
