At least not when you've got something like Mozilla Firefox to use instead. It has everything the Google toolbar adds to IE... A way to quickly run searches (but not limited to just Google), and first rate popup blocking. It also has increased security, virtually no threat of spyware infestation, and a host of other useful features.
