by Alexander m / February 18, 2005 2:09 AM PST

I am stuck in bed most of the time and I am running xp.
The tv is hooked up with an s-video cable and tv plays on the computer, but I don't know how to get the programs to play on the tv.
I am 77 years old and an-incomplete quad so I am running a multimedia and need some help.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
