Since you paid for the Adobe download.

Make that a warranty issue. Have them give install support or your money back.

I didn't buy it, I was pointed to a place that had it to download, that site just told me to search, but haven't found anything that clears that issue

Purchase Photoshop legally from Adobe.

Other options:
1.) Download the free 30-day trial from Adobe and hope you don't need it beyond that.
2.) Choose another application with reduced functionality, such as Paint.NET.

Since it sounds like this is a pirated, illegal copy being dealt with no support may be provided here beyond the above advice, so I'm locking the thread.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
