The file system isn't for Windows. You should see tutorials on how to restore the SD card to work with Windows after you are done. Here's one of many on that topic.

I was burning an iso image to my SD card replace my current OS in my raspberry pi using the Win32 Disk Imager but something went wrong and my computer can't recognize it anymore, it does show up if I open the partition manager saying that there is a partition for it and a huge unallocated space, when I try to format it windows won't allow it what do I do?
