Call your ISP about it, that's part of the service you're paying them for.
I just received a new modem/router from telus. It's a Siemens SE567. I use my ip address 126.96.36.199 in my website bar to go to the gateway. I sign in as user admin and pass: telus. Those two are the only ones that will work. Every time I go to Status, settings, etc. It says my access is currently denied. Any ideas on how to fix this?
