in Outlook 2003. I click on Edit/Find or Edit Find Next, but no option exists for find and Replace.

Just a question. I assume it occurs when you enter a new message. Do you use the inbuild Outlook word processor, or did you set the option to use Word as such? It might make a difference, so it might be relevant.

Sometimes I really wish there was a delete post option. I wasn't thinking clearly. I have never had a Find and Replace function in Outlook. When I want to use such (as in the case of the annoying carets in emails) I copy and paste into a Word Documrent and F&R from there.
