Question

Can't Find App Store App??

Dec 28, 2014 7:16AM PST

I know this may sound like i'm a complete moron, but perhaps someone may be able to shed some light on this very dim situation i seem to be faced with.

I have just purchased the Samsung UN50H6203AF smart TV...

Before I get into this i should mention that I am very tech savvy, and have tried everything to get the app store icon to show up on my TV...

What am I missing???

I press, "menu" and make sure that i am logged into smarthub.

i then push the smarthub button and get to the screen with the "Recommended" Samsung Apps in one column, and underneath that is 3 columns with the "My Apps" title and it displays all of the installed apps on my TV.

underneath those columns, there are three options to choose which says
"popular" "whats new" "categories"

I have navigated throughout every possible option on this TV and searched and Searched the web for an answer and I still cannot find out how to access the App Store??

Somebody Please Help Me...

thank you in advance for all of your replies.

Make the call.

In some models you have to change country to another and back to force updates for your country. I will never tell anyone to do this. Only to call Sam and ask about it.

As far as updates are concerned, I went online and updated from Samsung website, the latest firmware... When I plugged in the USB, and turned the TV on, when I clicked on |menu|--> |system| the software update option was greyed out...

I'll give changing the country option back and forth in the meantime.

Thanks,
