Can't enter Safe Mode

Using Win 7 on a Dell Inspiron 7010. Tried F8, F2, and F12. Goes dorectly to logon screen. The issues is a "The user profile service failed the logon" message. All suggestions appreciated.

If all profiles are corrupt this is true.

Now we do have ways to boot up a Live OS and get the files out so I must advise you STOP ALL REPAIRS and get your files safe first.

Assuming that file recovery is not an issue what would be the prodedure.
