Hi ! My Name is Aaron and I Own a Dell Latitude D400 Series Laptop. I Wanna download something but Everytime I Try, I Got an Error Message, Please Help me!

I assume "anything" means "anything". So let's start to see if that's right:

First (if you don't already use those programs) download the setup programs of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome to your USB-stick and install those on your PC. Now you've got 3 browsers installed (these two and Internet Explorer).

Then, in all three browsers, try the following experiment:
Right click on http://www.ca7.uscourts.gov/rules/type.pdf and choose something "Save target as ..." (in Internet Explorer) or "Save link as" (in Firefox). This will download that file to your harddisk. What happens?

When I said "download" I meant "download on another PC", of course.

Thanks for Helpin me, I used the USB drive and Then I reseted internet explorer and it Works!! Thanks!!
