I think IE recreated them automatically so the best we can do is ignore or hide them.

I can't seem to delete 2 folders that I created in ie9 favorites. Everything I tried to delete them I get the message that they no longer located in c:\users\vabroom\favorites. I have even tried to delete directly in c:\users\vabroom\favorites and still get the same message. Anyone have a solution to this besides reinstalling win7?
