When I bought my laptop I bought windows 8 and had to pay for it so I want to stick with it.And I tried to boot in safe mode and other things that many people suggest around the internet. And I tried the unlocker program and other ones too. But of all suggestions not worked and I'm stuck.I send e-mail to my antivirus program company support. They still haven't replied. And I pay for that antivirus too. Happy

Indeed, sometimes you encounter a file that can't be deleted in Windows.

Right now, on an external disk connected to my PC, I've got a file (copied from another PC) that's in an Adobe subfolder of windows\system32 that has a file that (even after I gave myself all permissions) says "Access denied" when I want to delete it. To get rid of it I have to boot from a USB-stick with Linux Mint on it. It's annoying, indeed. But it's no big problem.

is above you in windows and you really don't want to mess around with it's permissions, nor assign files, particularly files of suspicion to be accessed with it, without being very careful of what you do. Using a LIVE DVD from Linux Mint, Ubuntu, Zorin or other Linux distro to remove it is the safest approach because it not only CAN do it easily, it does it from outside the system which is "off" at the time, so nothing inside the windows system can interfere with it.
