can't copy files from cd

Hi, i have copied my Outlook files to CD using drag 'n drop from my laptop with XP, but when I try to import them to Outlook on my desktop with 98SE, it says"the file D:|Outlook.pst cannot be accessed". The files seem to be on the CD, and I can access other files on the same Cd, just not the outlook. Can you help please?

Outlook doesn't deal with the write protection flag.

You'll want to copy the file to the hard disk, uncheck the READ ONLY flag and try again.
