This is where you call Samsung and work it out with them. While I see you got connected to your new router you may have to use a Google DNS or reset the TV one more time.
The one thing you don't want to do is to name your new hotspot the same as the old.

I have a Samsung UN60D6400UF that has been connected to the internet for the last several years with no problem with service from AT&T. We switched providers to Comcast due to frequent service interuptions with AT&T. Ever since then, when I try to set up the netwprk to connect I get a message that says" Network connection is complete, but cannot connect to the Internet". It sees the network and our other Samsung Smart TV in another room connects just fine so I can't figure out why this one won't. I have tried to get it to connect using the key code and with WPS, but nothing seems to work. I am not super tech savvy so I would a appreciate a "Smart TV for Dummies" version of any suggestions.
