Can't Access to Full hard drive. Can't delete anything.

Here are some specs of my pc if that could help solving the problem:

-Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz
-I have Service pack 3
-I use windows xp pro
-My hard drive (or hard disk, i don't know if there is a difference)
is seperated in three parts: C: D: and E:
-My Hard drive is a Barracuda 7200.7 and it's by Seagate. (80 Gb)

C is used for windows and stuff, D for programs and E is for my personnal stuff (photos, videos, music, school work)and i had less than 1 Gb per drive for a long time. Recently my E: that was almost full got full... I don't remember what i downloaded or anything, maybe it was itunes that was converting wma to mp3s, i dont know. Now it says I got 0 bytes left of E: so when i go to my desktop and i click on E: it says: "E:\ is not accesible, There is not enough space on the disk." So now i can't just access to my files, and i can't delete any either! I checked for viruses with windows live one care but then again maybe it couldnt access to E: so it didnt checked for viruses on E. If only there was a way of deleting files... I don't mind the fact that i won't be able to use E anymore for storage, i'll get an additional hard drive soon. I really want to get my files back though, i have lots of photos, video and music + some school work that i am actually proud of. Maybe i could copy my drive onto another drive? Or delete some stuff with Bios or Dos. I'm not that good at solving pc problems, so if anyone here can help, let me know! Happy

I'd try chkdsk /f for that drive as a first choice...maybe running from the console.
