Can't access internet after spyware removal! PLEASE HELP!

Feb 12, 2004 2:48AM PST

I ran a spyware/adware remover on my brother's computer for him because it was automatically sending links to everyone on his buddy list to download spyware including to me. This is the program I ran on both my and his computer:

http://www.bulletproofsoft.com/spyware-remover.html

It worked fine on mine, but after running it on his, he can no longer access the internet through internet explorer, AOL instant messenger, nothing.

Any suggestions? This is my first post here, but I've been browsing for awhile, and have found solutions to many problems here.

Thanks for reading

Look up LSPFIX

The removal removed the spyware's layered service provider and that's the usual issue.

Put LSPFIX into http://www.google.com to find the repair tools.
